Jason has been an active Escrow Officer in the community for over 18 years. He is the current manager at Shalimar Escrow and holds a Certified Escrow Officer (CEO) designation. He's well-versed in Residential Resales, Commercial Sale, REO Sales, Short Sales, Investor / Flip Transactions as well as Refinance Transactions and Hard Money Transactions.

Melanie has been in the escrow business for 18 years, and prides herself on building and maintaining strong customer ties and lasting relationships that benefit both her and her clients. She is proactive and stays in constant communication with her clients, always striving to keep one step ahead on her files.
Prior to escrow, Melanie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Information Systems. That experience is one of the reasons she is so adept at focusing and analyzing information in complex transactions. She brings those skills to handling all types of transactions including Resale, Refinance, REO, Short Sales, Private Money, as well as Investor and Commercial projects.
